Multiple schools in NZ is using our services and behind the Fortigate Firewall SSL inspection. We have couple of URLS served by Cloudflare CDN getting Server Reset mainly maybe be due to SSL
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We have currently exempted it on our firewall for no SSL inspection for the reported URLs
*.laclasse.com
*.deltaed.co.nz
*.crescendo.co.nz
*.slashdot.org
*.kiwikidsnews.co.nz

I’ve had this issue past week for one school which is using Fortinet equipment as well. I’ve found a workaround within the settings, had to play a bit long, however some domains behind Cloudflare didn’t had their SSL certificate updated and tha CA root chain wasn’t good or “trusted” to the FortiGate, therefrom FortiGate “cut” the TLS connection and blocked going further in a Web browser, despite traceroute, ping and mtr was okay.
It wasn’t TLD specific, since domains were .hr, .org, .com and services such as chatgpt.com, evernote.com and more.
School doesn’t have licence, therefrom DNS and Web filter wasn’t the cause.
Similar as what I’ve did, but in general, and not only for specific domain(s) and URL(s).
