cannot access my website without adding www. I am trying to get my .edu site registered for google workspace and they sent me an errage “we cannot access your website without adding “www”. In order for us to proceed, we need you to add the “www” + your domain name in your secondary domain. Example “www.shambhavi.edu.np””
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
i tried creating page rules but it is beyond my expertise. either the site stops working or i get eror codes like 1016. i do not have the expertise to create a, aaaa, or cname entry. but i can do it with guidance.
