What is the issue you’re encountering

even after adding exceptions the market place supplier still gets 403 error while accessing the file

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I added exceptions to WAF by IP list, URL path and user agent, didnt work out… strugling to work this out, supplier is like a merchant center, they need to access our products feed in order to show the products in their market place.
