Access to rbt.ru when using Zscaler proxy

When using a cloud proxy service like Zscaler to access the URL rbt_ru this keeps redirecting between https://www.rbt.ru/ and https://ohio8.vchecks.me/share/f9Mt0dxXK4Y1

All the entries get a 200 response but this constant loop keeps occurring

When using another proxy solution then it works. Also when we go directly to the website

Because Zscaler use the same subnet for all their clients requests could there be an issue with Cloudfare and creates this loop?

Any ideas what could cause it?

I’m not clear what this has to do with Cloudflare.
