Access to account - no password, don't know the email address

A client sold his company. They have no records of the account login or even what email address it is attached to. what are my options? I have control of their email. I tried to get a password reset sent to the email of record for their domain, but nothing came through to ANY domain email account.


If you don’t have access to the email on the account then you’ll need to move the domain to a new account -

If you still cannot access the email address associated with your Cloudflare account, you need to move your domain to another account.

Cloudflare requires these steps to prevent account hijacking.
