I am having issues accessing my super admin account. I have the email and password; however, the backup code seem to have become invalid.
I need to access this account to grant other admins access to our dashboard and they can also manage our DNS.
Any help is appreciated.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account. Sounds like the second option is the one you’ll need.
