Access server on same Virtual machine host as cloudflared

using virtualbox have a linux VM guest with cloudflared installed and a separate vm guest on same hardwre with an http server. configured cloudflare tunnel to access the http server, won’t work.

  • one(dot)mydomain(dot)net - have another http server running on different hardware on same network and cloudflare works great - two(dot)mydomain(dot)net - suggestions how I can get server one(dot)mydomain(dot)net working? (both VMs are setup with static ip running bridged in the VM) (also tried same configuration running cloudflared as docker on linux vm)

solved my issue, the server I am accessing needs a trusted_proxies: setting specifying the network where the tunnel is terminating (where cloudflared is running)
