Access report incorrect number of active seats

There is seems to be a serious issue with Teams access specially with the new UI.

The reported number of active seats shows that we consumed all the active seats which is not true as the old UI shows that only 51% is used!

When we tried to free up seats, by clicking on revoke, it just doesn’t do anything.

We are stuck with a UI that says we consumed all of our seats with no way to free them, and the old UI that shows that we only have 51% used and doesn’t allow any users to get access.

Which new UI? I confess I only look at Access through the Teams dashboard, so I’ve not checked stats in the standard dashboard.
