I’ve created a website years ago which is linked to my cloud flare account, now I wanted to access code of that website and modify it. But I don’t have any idea how to do it. Please help me with this.

Cloudflare is not a web host. It’s just a proxy to your actual website. You will have to find a way to access your web host.
p.s. As a hint, your Cloudflare DNS shows the IP address or CNAME of your web server. Try using FTP to connect to that address.

That’s a hosting issue. Cloudflare can’t help you with that, as Cloudflare is not your website host.
