Hi, 1 of our Clients by the Name Ardalanandcompany, have DNS record nameserver on cloudflare. We are not able to help her setup the email for contact form as the same is not on GoDaddy server. I know that you cannot provide us the credentials to setup the email configuration. But can you please send them a reset password email and share the email address only with us. So that we can ask her to reset the email. Client’s name is Tala Ardalan. If not this, please tell us how can you help us and our client retrieve the login credentials

If you can’t get access by using these processes, then you will need to create a new Cloudflare account, or use another DNS provider, and change the nameservers at the registrar to gain control of the DNS.
