Access error to Poste Italiane Android apps using Cloudflare DNS

What is the issue you’re encountering

Using 1.1.1.1 as private DNS on Android (Android version is 13) i get error accessing home banking apps by Poste Italiane S.p.A. (Bancoposta, Postepay), specifically when i open the site poste.it from a computer and trying logging in via QR code using the apps mentioned i get the following error: i0ex unable to resolve host idp-poste-rm.poste.it no address associated with hostname 404

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

If i connect using 1.1.1.1 app and Warp it works fine, so the problems seems only affects 1dot1dot1dot1.cloudflare-dns.com private DNS.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Open poste.it website and then Area Personale (Personal area) then try logging in via QR code provided.

I have the same issue.
The website https://posteid.poste.it was not accessible using private dns.

I stopped using Cloudflare DNS, it feels unreliable after this issue.

I confirm, and also using the app PosteID there are problems!! Changing the DNS solve the problems on pc and phone app too!

I have the same issue…App Poste Italiane and poste.it are inaccessible on android with provate dns 1dot1dot1dot1.cloudflare-dns.com. Can you please solve it?

Hello, I’ve been having the same issue for the past 3 days. Please fix this as soon as possible, this is unacceptable!

could you please let us know when the problem will be fixed? The issue on the Poste Italiane website and apps concerns 1.1.1.1 occasionally, but especially 1dot1dot1dot1.cloudflare-dns.com on android

I have currently changed the DNS service on all my devices…
