Domain is not using Cloudflare nameservers, neither Cloudflare is the registrar, therefrom if you manage domain, you can point it to your assigned Cloudflare nameservers for your Cloudflare account.

Otherwise, you have to contact domain registrar Gandi.net or find a way to provide proof of verification of domain ownership to continue with the process and further steps to be able to manage the domain first.

Nevertheless, if you can find a way to reset the password for the existing Cloudflare account of your company by access of one of the associated emails, you might have some luck.

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
