What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I am getting an access denied screen when I try to access dash.cloudflare.com when using a SOCKS5 proxy to a wireguard VPN. When I don’t use the proxy, but still route my traffic through the VPN I am able to access everything normally. Is this a bug or intended behaviour?
