Access denied please help

i have been using a website on google page called textnow for many years. all of sudden i noticed after purchasing more cloud space thru microsoft i have receiving error code 1020 acces denied. i cant even access the main web page to get technical help. i have contact textnow thru email because i was lucky i had emailed them once years ago. so that is my only way of communication. the error message has Cloudflare attached to it, so i am wondering if this site is blocking me from accessing my textnow app. i dont have the app downloaded on my laptop or firefox tablet because it is unavailable. i checked my settings in microsoft edge and permissions are granted. textnow has comfirmed that my account has not been banned so can someone please help me get back on this site and not get access denied again. i have no way to get any of my contacts info… nothing. i need help

i have contacted textnow owner and support and they have assured me that my account has not been banned. I thought since Cloudflare is attached to my error i am receiving that somewhere there are added security put on and blocking my access to this site. someone please tell me what to do next. i have emailed microsoft etc.
