How can I eliminate this problem:

I am an honest person. What firewall rule did I violate? Can I do anything on my laptop (with google chrome or windows) to eliminate this “Access Denied” problem?
Problem is not solved, sir.
Firewall rules and restrictions are managed by the site owner. You’d need to contact them. Cloudflare prvoides the tools it does not manae or configure them on behalf of website owners.
