What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Dear community,
I have configured the policy with my email (include : email)
I log in and enter my email in the Cloudflare Access form.
I get a message saying: "A code has been emailed to you.
No email ever arrived.
I checked the spam, I tried with different email addresses from different providers.
I don’t understand, I’m lost.
I would be very grateful for a little help or advice.

Is that the same email as you are using here?

Hello,
I’ve reinstalled everything, my server and the Cloudflare configuration.
I think I must have forgotten or misconfigured a step.
Everything works fine now.
