What is the issue you’re encountering

Please note our Cloudflare Zero Trust access applications are not visible in the Zero Trust portal the have disappeared - It only shows Choose Plan. Also we cannot change licences.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Have open many support cases, not getting any response. Please assist.
