What is the issue you’re encountering

Applications settings cannot add custom domain via tunnel

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

In the docs it states we can add a custom domain to an application. This would then apply the access policy to the custom domain. However cannot add a custom domain

See point 6. However the only option is to choose from the dropdown which does not include the custom domain only the fallback.

Is the domain actively using Cloudflare and DNS record for the particular hostname such as abc.example.com is proxied and ?

Maybe you’ve reached the limit for an App already if you’ve added some path’s and sub-domains? You can add up to 5 per app:

Furthermore, for custom URLs they’re just the “bookmarks”, but that’s the different thing and I hope you’re not asking for those, correct?
