Accept html content with links while on high security level

On our account’s firewall, we set the “Security Level” to “High”.

On this test URL, we have a CKEDITOR form that submits HTML.

I noticed that if we add link html tags in the content () the WAF blocks us.

I don’t want to lower the security level, what should we do to be able to accept html content with links?
