Billing for Argo “Accelerated Gigabytes” is double this month with no corresponding increase in traffic. Also, the Argo dashboard says “Argo Smart Routing is optimizing 0.0% of requests to your origin”. So it appears Argo is not working. Why am I being charged more?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Tried contacting support. No help. The increase in “Accelerated Gigabytes” seems to correlate with turning on Tiered Caching and Cache Reserve. Could this impact the number of “Accelerated Gigabytes”?
