Abusive practices reported by Robin Dev


I recently read an article on Robin Dev’s Substack (Cloudflare took down our website after trying to force us to pay 120k$ within 24h) where he mentions that his company was forced to pay $120k within 24 hours to upgrade to Cloudflare’s Enterprise plan under the threat of having all their domains removed. He reported that after declining the offer and mentioning negotiations with a competitor, all their domains were deleted, causing significant disruption.

I would like to understand Cloudflare’s side of the story regarding this incident. Are there specific procedures Cloudflare follows in such cases? I appreciate any clarification from a Cloudflare representative.
