In 100% of cases an email will be received stating:

pass-through security services, a content distribution network (CDN)
and registrar services. Due to the pass-through nature of our
services, our IP addresses appear in WHOIS and DNS records for
websites using Cloudflare. Cloudflare cannot remove material from the
Internet that is hosted by others.
Please reply to this message, keeping the report identification number
in the subject line intact, with the required information.

Might want to cross-check and clear for any malicious code and malware at first sight:
If not, then unfortunately I am afraid we cannot help here except you could file an Abuse request to Cloudflare about this. However, the domain owner should somehow be notified, if true, and act upon those events with required actions to prevent this in future.
Seems like an obvious miss from t&s, do you have any other report that was rejected as well? I’m unsure what our options from the community are but I’ll ask
I’ve reported this Abuse to the domain registrar - Hostinger.
Was asked to provide more feedback as I did, and received confirmation form Hostinger that domain is suspended.
Domain status also changed and currently is as follows: Updated Date: 2025-01-12T02:54:51Z

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Per my previous thread which has been closed by your system because there has been no discussion for 2 days (no reply for 2 days, that MUST MEAN THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED) THIS ISSUE IS STILL OCCURING:
and now I have to waste more of MY TIME creating this thread… AGAIN.
That is something Cloudflare should cross-check withing it’s T&S and Abuse team and Abuse system, if that’s your question and concern here?; why it’s working as it is. Neither you, neither Community cannot force it to change, nor help here. Thank you for notice. Team is acknowledged about this and working on. Suspicious domain is suspended. Thank you for patience.
Try reporting those domain(s) to domain registrar instead.
and how are Cloudflare “cross-check withing it’s T&S and Abuse team and Abuse system” - if the complaint is automatically rejected, as in these cases posted above?
