We have received feedback from mobile users and home users that many websites cannot be accessed and the error code is 1020.
We have tried to contact many webmasters and found that the problem cause by Cloudflare’s IP Country database, our prefix seems to be recognized by your system as a country CN.
Cloudflare use MaxMind for GeoIP, you may want to check these ranges with them and follow up with them if you believe they are incorrect.
