Able to get in my domain, but got no result in dig

We’ve a domain name omniwe.com

And we’re trying to

e.g. dig +short _dashboard.omniwe.com and returning no response

(P.S. we’ve other domain, omniwe.org with same CNAME, that can successfully returning the CNAME’s record value)

What comes with this question is, when we try to add a new domain in AWS cloudfront by using the respective certificate in ACM for omniwe.com, it is failed and we found the we can’t dig any of them.

If you are digging _dashboard.omniwe.com then yes it does not exist, but if you are referring to dashboard.omniwe.com then I’m able to dig it.

Thanks for your prompt reply, so it seems to be AWS issue on verifying the domain, am I correct?
