What is the issue you’re encountering

The site has been abandoned by its new owners, and its certificate expired. It might still be functional if the expiry issue is ignored, but cloudflare is not giving that option and is instead blocking access. I would like to know if cloudflare staff would be willing to check the status of the origin, and if it still works, add an exception so that paying customers can access and recover their past purchases.

Hm I see. I was not sure how flexible cloudflare is with regard to access errors caused by cloudflare’s presence (if CF wasn’t in place I could just ignore the warning in my browser). I was curious and checked my own site’s settings, seems like the source of the problem is the choice between Full (Strict) which is the default, and just Strict mode.
