every time I add a @ record with my server IP
in about 6 hours it will change automatically (it will be remove) and 2 AAAA records are automatically added and then my website gets this 1000 error
so every few hours I have to ad a @ DNS record with my IP, and remove the 2 AAAA records.
and it will reset automatically.
what is the cause of this? and how can I resolve this?

This is usually caused by a third party, such as Ezoic, that you gave account credentials to.
You can usually see the DNS event in the Audit Log at the top of dash.cloudflare.com
To prevent this, you’d have to Change your Global API Key.
