What is the issue you’re encountering

I registered the domain in cloudflare, it did not load the records automatically by propagation, I had to insert manually, now that it is propagated, the ips were redirected for maintenance and my subdomains do not propagate. Do I need to wait?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
