Hello,
I have added two A records to point to an IP address for our community services, but they don’t seem too work. Does anyone have any ideas why? We have tried Proxied on and off!

Can you describe how they don’t work? Do you see an error?
When records are 
Proxied you will see Cloudflare IPs returned so that vistors will be routed through the Cloudflare proxy. If you want to see your origin IP returned in queries, you will need to set the record to 
DNS Only.
