We have our domain registered to a different service provider and our hosting to the different service provider.
We do not have DNS records mapping, we have A records mapping, please helkp us to proceed.

Not sure what you mean by “A record mapping”. DNS is a system which holds records for a domain, including “A” records.
Are you from the support, is their any way to connect one to one?
I can’t understand the question here. Would you mind trying to reword it in some better English? I can understand English isn’t the first language for everyone (me included), you could try writing in your language and then let the Discourse plugin for translation do it’s job.
