A Record only & use Cloudflare

Hi

I am hosting a website but only by use of an A record. I will not be able to change the NS but can get eh A record changed.

Can I still use Cloudflare?

Sorry, to use Cloudflare, you need to use a Cloudflare name server, or a Hosting Partner tied into Cloudflare.
