A Record not propagating after 48 hours

I’ve updated the A record over 48 hours ago to 23.236.62.147, but it’s not propagating. [WhatsmyDNS](https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/theloosecaboose.com.au) is showing two different IP Addresses for the A Record, both of which are wrong.

The A Record does not proxy through Cloudflare as I thought that may be the issue when I first updated it over a week ago. So I updated it again over 48 hours ago to not proxy, but nothing has changed.

It sure looks proxied to me. At the bottom of your DNS page, are the name servers Amanda and George?

Yeah they are, and I’ve definitely got the proxy turned off.
