A record is cf and not the one I set in the dns zone

Hello all.
I set cf NS on my domain. Those NS are resolved to the domain (dig NS domain… returns cf nameservers). Via cf panel I added A records (3 days ago). With the “dig A domain” command though, I get cf ip and the one I added via the panel.
Any ideas?
