I accidentally changed the DNS A record

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I accidentally changed the DNS A record. I don’t recall where my website is hosted. I need to restore to the old IP address. I checked the Audit Logs, which show the new IP address, but does not show the old IP address.

If you change the audit logs, I think you can see both old and new DNS records. It will shows change from A to B under your audit logs. You can scroll down your audit log record to see more.
