A previously open ticket has been unresolved for 5 days now!

Filed a ticket [2862076]. 5 days no response, no update. Affects our production. Who should we bitch to now?

Do you subscribe to a plan with an SLA? If not, your complaints are best directed to the party in your organization who determined that you only need best effort support.

Sharing the ticket number here, as you have, can be helpful. Since it takes someone away from the tickets they are already working, I am reluctant to request an escalation without knowing the nature of the request. Can you share some details of what you need help with? Asking the Community for help with the issue tends to be more productive than opening a general complaint topic.
