I have been in contact with my hosting company about this but I wanted to reach out to the Cloudflare community to see if my cloudlfare settings could cause issues with mail deliverability.
I believe my Cloudflare DNS settings are correct.
I have set up AWS SES on my domain and I have an email that can send successfully sometimes. However, sometimes it is not. I would like to post the message I receive:
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: [email protected] host 5817.smtp.antispamcloud.com [###### numbers here] SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: 550 High probability of spam Reporting-MTA: dns; name.of.my.server Action: failed Final-Recipient: rfc822;[email protected] Status: 5.0.0 Remote-MTA: dns; 5817.smtp.antispamcloud.com Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 High probability of spam
I have my domain on a regular hosting company but I am also using Amazon’s SES. Could my SES settings be wrong somehow? Then why are some emails sent successfully? Could it be the recipient?
