When trying to add a site, I am getting the error “zone name provided is subject to a hold which disallows the creation of this zone.” I am moving from Dynect to Cloudflare, just DNS. I was able to move over one domain without issues, and they both have the same settings in Dyn. Not sure what or where the hold would be from? Oh interesting, so someone added this domain to another Cloudflare account? I’m guessing Cloudflare can assist in this situation?
It usually means that the domain is active on another account. This feature is only available on Enterprise so it will likely be an Enterprise account that has it active.

Thanks for your quick replies!
If you can’t find the owner then yes, you’ll have to contact support. I’m not sure what they can do in this case but I assume they’ll be able to assist in some way.
