None of these addresses is accessible from Mainland China. Results from various online PING tools prove this.
The only way I know to solve this is to manually assign the domain to a good IP in the hosts file. Unfortunately I’m currently out of touch with visitors, and it’s impossible to ask all of them to make the change.
Please help me. I think I am suffering from customer loss without even knowing why. Thanks.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
I’ve got two domains hosted on Cloudflare. One is okay, which is resolved to an accessible IP. The other, however, is not. Even after I tried to delete/pause the domain and activate it again, it’s constantly assigned to the old one.
I wonder how to reproduce it, since I don’t know what I did triggered the error.
