Special characters (such as e.g. your “á”) in domain names can be quite a strange thing to work with, from time to time. Some systems accepts them just fine (and does the encoding itself), where other systems won’t accept them, and require the Punycode encoding up front (e.g. supplied directly by you).
Will you please try the Punycode version of your domain name, as I mentioned above, and see if that goes through?
