A domain got blocked and the owner says he did not do it.

The domain owner can use the “Security Events” page, to look up the Ray ID after you’ve been blocked, and get detailed information about why the block happened (e.g. whether it was one of their own firewall rule, or their security level that triggered it).

If the domain owner needs assistance in figuring out what happens with their website, or otherwise how to interpret the “Security Events” page, they are more than welcome to get in touch, and share a screenshot or otherwise more extended information about what the “Security Events” page shows, which would allow us to troubleshoot it together with them.
