Your domain is not using Cloudflare nameservers.

The image you shared is not of the Cloudflare dash which will make it difficult to troubleshoot unless someone here is using the same tool.

It was at one point earlier today and was resolving to the IP_ address you had configured.

Also while I’m not familiar with the tool you’re using the error message says it can’t find a record for jonnisdispatching (note the lack of a .com extension) are you sure you’ve configured your domain correctly in the tool you are trying to use?

Hello,

Thank you for responding.Prior to being informed by the actual Live chat from the original webhost of my screenshot that you see. They informed that Cloudflare is not loading my doamin. Not sure of this screen attached. Im trying to understamd what to do expalined to me in a simple format

Hello,

Sorry Im not savvy with this stuff. Here is my screen shot of Cloudflare. Where the host name A is to put the “@” sign it will not allow me to change and accept it. it changes back for some reason

Cloudflare is no longer managing your DNS records. Your nameservers were changed today to somewhere else by someone. It was working at some point, as per the screenshot I posted.

In the screenshot you posted the nameservers returning the response are the new nameservers that your domain has been moved to that are not Cloudflare. So they were correct that Cloudflare is not loading your domain now because it hasn’t been configured to. When Cloudflare was configured as your nameservers it was loading the correct value (as per the historical screesnhot I posted).

@ is shorthand for the root domain you own. So it is jonnisdispatching.com which Cloudflare changed it to in the dashboard. And it was resolving as the screenshot I posted showed. It doesn’t resolve now because your new nameservers somewhere other than Cloudflare haven’t had the records configured in their DNS. If you want to use Cloudflare you’d need to change your nameservers back to the pair specified.

They were resolving to the correct value… again, looking at your screenshot of the tool, it doesn’t look like you entered your domain correctly there. So the check was failing because of that, not because the record didn’t exist.

I was attempting to enter in what the portal was telling me to copy and paste. But it changes the host name on its own

The previous screen shot it what i was tying to copy and paste and enter. I did not have the “A” file yesterday but system informed tme to add it.

How do I go abut resolving this?

I jave resolved my issue. Thank you for providing support. Have a great day
