A disgruntled employee hijacked our domain
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We tried to move the namservers but the employee move all to cloudflare and we don’t have access to anything.
We have tried to contact with cloudflare support opening tickets, and they answered 12 days ago “I’ve escalated this request onto our Trust and Safety Team for review.
It is currently being reviewed, and Trust and Safety will reach out to you as soon as possible to address this”.
I can’t follow the tickets because “My Actitities” section is not working, now we have the site and all services down.
Please we need help urgent.
