Hi.

I’m new to Cloudflare, so apologies if the answer is obvious !

I’ve set up a Wordpress site with the Cloudflare Pro plan, APO, Argo, Cache Reserve, etc. but continually get the red bar with “API Request Failed: GET /api/v4/user/chat/token (403)”.

I have deactivated all plugins, switched themes, etc. but the issue persists.

If there is a specific area or action that I can investigate and hopefully resolve this, such advice would be gratefully received.

Hi @shafyi there was an issue with this 403 Forbidden: API Request Failed: GET /api/v4/user/chat/token (403) that was resolved 2 days ago. If you clear cache and try again are you still encountering this issue?
