That does not sound like a Cloudflare configuration. Cloudflare doesn’t use Pull zones. Where are you seeing this?

I have the same issue then I need to use other CDN?

For total cache, you don’t need to enable the CDN functionality since Cloudflare works in front of your website and doesn’t change hostnames.
