Unable to get any response via ticket even with “Urgent” priority

2 weeks, still didn’t get any response
Can’t add payment method because Cloudflare captcha is failing on Cloudflare website :angry:

Still no response, this is pretty concerning
Luckily I was able to pay for domain renewal through squarespace, but it mean that if I’ll rely on Cloudflare I will be not able to pay for domain in time.

I have exactly the same issue. Created the ticket on January 20, then set priority to High and now Urgent. I am being completely ignored. My domain expires in 2 weeks and I will be forced to leave Cloudflare registrar because of this.

I understand I am only a free tier, but being treated like an absolute trash does not exactly make me want to upgrade - or deal with CF at all.
