These are all email-related “problems”, so you should contact your email service provider.
Wait… are you the hosting provider… and asking this question? In that case, you should probably hire someone who has the barest minimum web hosting 101 experience to help you.

It`s not email issue. There is some issue in DNS Records. I am not confirm that what should be there.
The 2 SOA warnings you can ignore. The formats are recommendations only and the values are set by Cloudflare so can’t be changed anyway.

If you don’t have a DMARC reporting provider, you can use’s Cloudflare DMARC Management for this. What policy to use should be your call. See https://developers.cloudflare.com/dmarc-management/
The 4 SMTP issues need to be addressed on the email/hosting server side.
