my bank statement shows 6 transactions for the month of September. when i check with support (very slow and really unprofessional ) they say they haven’t charged. but the bank statement shows the charges clearly. i opened the ticket on 26th Sep and i got an reply on 31st oct which is more than a month. by that time there was a pending payment which i had already paid. but this support guy sending another link to make payment. what for? there is no number to call. there is no good support. what to do? im stuck with company finance to solve the payments and i have to wait for months.
