I am writing to request your assistance regarding an issue I am facing with the payment gateway integration on my WooCommerce site. I have recently integrated [bank of georgia] as the payment method on my site, but I am experiencing an issue where the order status in my WooCommerce dashboard remains as “waiting for payment” even after the customer has made a payment.
Upon contacting the bank support, they informed me that when the customer pays and returns to my site, they encounter a 520 error, which is preventing the payment from being confirmed. However, the payment is successful on the bank’s side.
I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible, as it is affecting my ability to process orders on my site. Please let me know if there is any additional information I can provide to help you investigate this issue.
