Hi All

I had a client ring me about the issues with not receiving emails, I have done a test email to their accounts and get:
Address not found
550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist.

The domain is builtbycavetto co uk
Email: [email protected]
[email protected]
Both emails do not work:

Based on the MX records of the domain, that is a question that will need to be answered by their Google Workspace administrator.

Thank you for the reply, the client does not have admin access to google workspace, and the company that was managing the website has now stopped trading.
