I have a 526 Error. I did some research and I don’t think I had an origin certificate so I applied for it on Cloudfare. It now says I have one on my account but the website still isn’t working. Can someone help me? I have no idea what I am doing.
Hiring a consultant might be a good idea 
You need to install the Origin certificate on your server.

I’m guessing the cert that is on your origin is expired and you’re set at Full, Flexible is the only option until you get a new origin certificate. https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200170416-End-to-end-HTTPS-with-Cloudflare-Part-3-SSL-options
That’d be a self-signed certificate and should be fine with a setting of Full. Did you download that self-signed cert and upload it to your origin? I’m guessing you generated it but did not actually install it on your server as @sandro mentioned.
