524 Error When Restoring Site

I am trying to restore a site on my domain in a test subdirectory folder with BackupBuddy. I am running into a 524 Error. I have the test directory that I am trying to restore NOT running through Cloudflare but the error shows Cloudflare is still active. When I disable Cloudflare I cannot get into the site because of SSL. I get the following:
"Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue

Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to fscbmwcca.com because this website requires a secure connection.

What can you do about it?

fscbmwcca.com has a security policy called HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS), which means that Firefox can only connect to it securely. You can’t add an exception to visit this site.

The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it.

If you are on a corporate network or using anti-virus software, you can reach out to the support teams for assistance. You can also notify the website’s administrator about the problem."

Then I turned off HSTS and then disabled Cloudflare but still shows the above security threat message and does not let me to the site.

Please help!!!

You will have to clear firefox’s Data related to that domain to forget the hsts setting.

I think firefox removed their HSTS bypass, but in chrome you can bypass HSTS by typing “thisisunsafe”. (test with https://subdomain.preloaded-hsts.badssl.com/).

For firefox, clear the data or https://security.stackexchange.com/a/102315.

Thanks, I was able to run it in Chrome but it hung. I am now also in contact with my hosting company. The problem with this is that disabling Cloudflare also breaks my live site so I have to keep enabling/disabling.
